I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the cosy atmosphere of this hotel. The rooms were furnished with specialised touches, like large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The location, not far from the park, allowed for a nice evening stroll after a tiring day of exploring. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options to start the day off right.

The hotel was placed very conveniently in the centre of the restaurants and bars but still maintained its aura of peace and tranquility. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet was adequate for the rate.

New Year's Eve celebration was fantastic, with a lot of fireworks in the area. Great location in the city center, with easy access to restaurants and shops. The free breakfast provided a good selection of fresh food and beverages, and the staff was attentive.

The room was really cramped for two people. The heating system wasn't working, making the room really cold.

Very cozy hotel, quiet, warm, large room and nice bathroom, clean. Friendly young family staff, speaking German, English and Italian. Great location, right in the town centre. It's a great place!

Breakfast room is beautiful but small so you might have to wait for a table if the place is booked out, but the selection of food is good.

The location of this family-run hotel is nice, it's near city center, park, Therme and another touristic attractions, pretty clean though you can see there was some time since was renovated, quiet area, breakfast is good. They were nice with us and let us checkout one of the rooms at 15:00 against a fee (15 EUR).

Staff/owners are not very careful with guests:they have a strange policy of closing the entrance door during day and we had to wait almost 20-30 minutes (with 2 small kids - one of them was 4m) until someone opened the door for us (she was feeding her baby and he was out for a walk at 17:00 when checkin starts at 15:00 and they were expecting us). Also, we requested a baby-cot, they promised they will bring it to our room but they forgot. We returned in our room quite lately, all lights in their apartment were off and we gave up requesting it.

We stayed at a cozy hotel located in the heart of the city. It was close to the busy shopping district and just a short walk away from the park. Our room was spacious and had all necessary amenities. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, and the staff was always polite and helpful.

The shower stall had a simple shower curtain that caused water to run onto the bathroom floor.

The interior of the house has quite a lot of character,reflecting its history.On top of that , the rooms seem very nice.Even the budget single room,which I had booked, was quite comfortable.
